Experienced chef , Lynn Angel, shares her "Five Senses" cooking philosophy with you in a fun, relaxed and stimulating environment. Lynn shares her life-long passion for food and her deep knowledge of the cuisines she has learnt first-hand on her travels through the 7 continents of the world. Lynn trained under Michelin acclaimed master chef Raymond Blanc in London. Her food styles combine a classic background with an eclectic sensibility and emphasis on healthy living.
Evening classes:
In her inspiring classes you are guided by a combination of demonstration and hands-on sessions where you dice, cut, slice, season, strain, sip and sample your way to a delicious meal. Discover how easy it is to create delicious gourmet meals in less than two hours. You are welcome to bring your own wine for the evening classes.
Cost:
R450 per person per class inclusive of ingredients, notes and tuition.

We are proud and excited to announce the birth of @ 3 Fig - Intimate Private Dining. From 17 March 2010 Lynn will host private dinners with a difference at her home. She has joined talents with Neill Anthony, a private chef, who has until recently worked at two of London's top restaurants, and David Wibberley, a wine enthusiast, and proprietor of Borde(aux)room specialising in South African wine tastings.
@ 3 Fig is based on the Supper Club concept. Experience exquisite food in the elegant surroundings of a private home. The dinners will hosted on Wednesday and Thursday evenings of the week. The cost is R400 per person for a 5 course meal, inclusive of wines from premier wine estates and service charge. The menu changes every week and will be based on the chef's selection of the freshest ingredients available on the day.
Arrival time will be from 7:15 to 7:45. Enjoy a welcoming drink while the chef explains the menu of the evening. Dinner will be served from 8 pm onwards. Book online at www.3fig.co.za
